The accommodation offers two bedrooms. The master bedroom and ensuite features a king size bed, large floor to ceiling wardrobe and chest of drawers in walnut and cream finish and a feature wall.



The second of the two bedrooms features a double bed, also with floor to ceiling wardrobe, dressing table all finished in high gloss white.



 

The open plan living and kitchen area is a contemporary and bright space allowing you to cook, dine and relax in comfort.  It is furnished with a cream Italian leather sofa, green leather retro style chair and matching cube. Provided for your entertainment is a 42" LCD digital television and DVD player.  The living area opens onto a private balcony with views over Belfast Lough.  The balcony has a table and two chairs where you can relax and enjoy a glass a wine.

The dining area has a round glass table offering dining for four people with walnut veneer chairs. The kitchen is fitted with custom designed high gloss units and comes complete with Denby tableware.   If cooking is your choice then you will be able to use a host of elegant appliances from gas hob, electric and micowave ovens, to intergated fridge/freezer and dishwasher, making your stay as complete as possible.

The luxurious bathroom and ensuite combines a classical, elegant and contemporary design.  The bathroom has  a long deep bath with an intergrated shower. The single vanity unit features a semi recessed Belfast style sink with chrome mixer taps and large mirror.  The ensuite has a similar vanity unit and large walk-in shower.

The lastest technology has been provided for your enjoyment and comfort with a Jamo multi-room cd, radio and a docking station for your iphone.  There is free internet access for use with up to 5 devices.
